Bonus Room is decorated in a golf/Masters theme. It has a couch and is large enough to add 1 Double bed and 1 single bed if needed. (We already have the beds and the linens)

All bedrooms and the bonus room have Flat screen TVs with cable.

There is also a 55” High Definition Flat Screen TV w/ surround sound in Great room as well as a small flat screen TV in the kitchen.

The kitchen and bar areas have granite tops and stainless steel appliances.

The entire house has secure WIFI and we have a formal office with a large desk and plug in capabilities if needed.

The formal Dining Room seats 8. The kitchen in the Breakfast room seats 4. The Island in the kitchen has 2 bar stools.

Outside we have a large, two tiered stone patio covered with a custom pergola with a 60” Electrolux gas Grill, wood burning fireplace, gas fire pit table with surround wicker seating, outdoor stereo/speakers and enough seating for 18.

We are on the 12th Fairway and can see the both the tee box and the green from the hammock

If the you/guests want it, we will also allow access to our new EZGO RXV 4 passenger golf car for transportation around the neighborhood and to the clubhouse.
